Chief Financial Officer Phuti has over 23 years of experience cutting across various industries, giving him immense experience. Phuti spent six years in a manufacturing company moving large quantities of goods and more years in the FMCG retail sector. Phuti is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in International Accounting.

Reneiloe Semenya

Head of Marketing Reneiloe has accumulated a wealth of experience in the electricity industry for over a period of twenty years. She holds a Post-Grad Diploma from business school and a Degree in Public Administration, Communication, Public Relations and a Digital Marketing qualification. In conjunction, Reneiloe regularly engaged with various stakeholders like regulators, government, civic organisations and other community-based organisations to initiate infrastructure development and maintenance efforts and most importantly, ensuring projects are executed safely, in line with economic, social and environmental regulations.
